She has trained with Spinning Babies and often integrates these body balancing practices into sessions with mamas to be. Hannah has studied prenatal and postpartum exercise techniques that can help with prenatal discomforts, preparing the body for birth, and the postpartum transitions. Much of her exercise techniques are inspired by The Body Ready Method and Restore Your Core.

When receiving a massage or therapeutic yoga session from Hannah you can expect individualized care and an offering of at home practices to assist in prolonging the physical and energetic benefits of your session.

Hannah is originally from Connecticut and has been in San Diego since 2012. When she is not in the treatment room you can find her hiking with her dog Raptor, biking around San Diego, and jumping in the ocean.

She has a deep passion for creating space to move freely and expressively in the body. In her own journey, she's found healing for herself through the practice of yoga and massage. That sparked her desire to be able to share the gifts of these practices with others.
