Today, Kacie’s massage practice is woman-focused and driven by her passion for supporting women on their health and wellness journeys. Whether assisting athletes with their athletic careers or caring for women through their pregnancies and beyond, her intention is to create a calm and peaceful space where women can relax, decompress, feel heard, and connect with their mind, body, spirit… and their babies. Kacie is passionate about bodywork; she loves being a part of this creative work that nurtures the body and aids in healing. Massage is truly an art form of expression through body connection and healing touch.
Kacie loves living here in San Diego! Most of her time is spent with her three daughters and two dogs. She enjoys hiking, camping, creating succulent and floral arrangements, traveling, and exploring San Diego’s beaches, trails, plant nurseries, restaurants, and coffee shops.
In this work, she aims to provide clients with care, love, and a healing space while spreading awareness of the many benefits of massage.
Kacie Howard, CMT
Certified Massage Therapist
Kacie is a CA state certified massage therapist specializing in prenatal and postpartum massage. Her massage is characterized by deep, connected touch.
Kacie grew up in Palm Desert, California, and moved to San Diego in 2011. Her curiosity about massage therapy began in 2004 as a collegiate athlete, playing Division 1 soccer for the University of California, Riverside. She struggled with severe lower back pain throughout her soccer career and found that massage and acupuncture were the only healing modalities that effectively supported the longevity of her athletic journey. Seeing how effective massage was, she began sharing its benefits and the power of healing touch with her teammates.
